Clara After Dark — Bourbon, Amaro Nonino, honey, lemon and black tea come together in a rich, contemplative cocktail designed as an evening counterpart to the hotel itself.
Fixed Point — A disciplined bourbon cocktail accented with black walnut, demerara and aromatic bitters.
